Refund policy

We want you to love what you bought. If it is not right, you can return it.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it, for any reason. The item should come back in the condition you received it: trying it on as you would in a shop is fine, with any tags still attached.

To start a return, use the contact form or email hello@retreasure.co.uk with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or not as described.

Once the return arrives and we have checked it, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 3 working days. If you return your whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge.

Every item we sell is secondhand and one of a kind, and graded honestly: the photos show the exact item, and any wear is described in the listing. If something arrives faulty, or not matching its listing or condition grade, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right, including postage both ways.
