Terms of service

These are the terms for buying from ReTreasure at retreasure.co.uk. Placing an order means you accept them.

About our products

Every item we sell is preloved and one of a kind. Condition is graded on a five-step scale (New with tags, Like new, Very good, Good, Fair) and any wear is described in the listing and shown in the photographs, which are always of the actual item. Sizes are as stated on the garment label; measurements are available on request before you buy. Because each item is unique, once it is sold it cannot be reordered.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. In the rare case two people try to buy the same one-of-a-kind item at once, the first completed payment gets it and the other is refunded in full straight away.

Delivery

We post within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, tracked. Standard delivery (2 to 4 working days) is £3.49, fast delivery (1 to 2 working days) is £4.49, and standard delivery is free on orders over £50. UK only. Full details are in our shipping policy.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for any reason, and 30 days if something arrives faulty or not as described. Full details, including who pays postage, are in our returns policy.

Us

ReTreasure is a UK business. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
