A sleeveless vest top with a wide round neck and a loose, swingy cut that falls long over the hip. The neckline and shoulder straps are trimmed with a dense ruffled frill, so the plain body has one bit of texture doing the work. The hem dips slightly at the back and the sides drape out with a soft flare.
