A floaty Everbelle blouse with a ruffled V neckline and a self-tie at the throat. The sleeves are three-quarter length with frilled shoulder seams, and the body drops to a gathered tiered hem. There's a plain white vest layer sewn in underneath, so the sheer outer fabric stays covered.

Cream ground with a scattered print of purple and green flowers. The fabric looks like a crinkled chiffon and it hangs loose through the body rather than holding a shape. Brand tags are still attached and it has never been worn.
