Great Plains London Floral Navy and White Dress Size Large

A short sleeved dress from Great Plains London, with a V neckline formed by a crossover front and softly gathered cap sleeves. The waist is defined by a self-fabric tie belt that knots at the front, and the skirt falls with gentle pleats to around the knee. It's fully lined in plain navy.

Navy ground with a small scattered white floral print, so it reads dark from a distance and prints up close. The tie waist lets you pull it in or leave it loose, and it would work with flats or boots. In great condition.
