A long sleeve blouse from M&S Collection with a split V-neckline and a small stand collar that's gathered all the way round. The shoulders are gathered too, giving the sleeves plenty of room, and the cuffs are elasticated so they sit softly at the wrist. The hem drops slightly lower at the back.

White ground covered in a scattered floral print in blue and lime yellow, with the flowers clustering into larger patches. It looks light enough to hang loose over trousers or tuck into a skirt, and it should work through spring and summer. No flaws, and it is in good condition from a smoke-free home.
