TU Black Floral Design Dress Size 14

A short shift dress in blouse style, cut straight and loose through the body with long blouson sleeves. The round neck has a small ruffled frill and a lace-up tie opening at the front, with matching ties at the cuffs. It falls to around mid thigh on the hanger.

Black ground with a folk-style floral print in coral, pink, mustard and jade, scattered at the top and massed into a border around the hem and cuffs. The fabric has a light drape and hangs away from the body, so it would work loose or belted, with boots or bare legs. Very good condition with no flaws.
