TU Navy Blue Polka Dot Dress Size 16

A sleeveless navy dress with a soft funnel neck and a small keyhole split at the front. The waist ties at the side with a slim self-fabric belt, and the skirt falls to around knee length with a gentle A-line.

Navy with white polka dots throughout, finished with a wide mustard yellow band of larger painted-look spots along the hem. The fabric has the drape of a light woven, so it moves rather than holds a shape. In very good, like-new condition.
